Delivery Details

Mainland UK And Northern Ireland Deliveries

All Deliveries are made between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Your order must be placed on our website before 4pm to be shipped that day.

We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address unless the payment method used is 3D secured.

Delivery times are based upon your order passing all risk and security checks.

Deliveries made to some parts of Northern Scotland and other remote areas may take longer to be delivered due to their location.

Do you only deliver to the card holder’s address?
We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided your payment method is 3D secured. You may also pay via bank transfer or cheque to enable delivery to an alternative address.

I would like to collect my goods in person, can I do this?
Unfortunately we do not offer collection at this time, all our products are dispatched directly from our warehouse.

Where we deliver?
Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands or to Southern Ireland.

Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?
In order to get the best service we use Initial City Link, DHL, Business Post, TNT and DPD for our shipments, they work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30. We cannot specify a delivery time.

When will my order be dispatched?
Standard orders that are placed before 4pm on a working week day that pass our security checks and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day depending on the delivery option you picked. Large or otherwise bulky items that require a special carrier may have an earlier cut off for next working day delivery. In this case the item will be shipped the following working day.

When will my goods arrive?
Standard deliveries will arrive depending on the time frame you picked for your delivery. We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within your chosen time frame please contact customer services by email and we will track the delivery for you. Email: sales.online@micomonline.co.uk

What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
